Job Description
This crucial role focuses on enhancing the overall customer experience, ensuring seamless transactions, and driving sales growth. As a Customer Experience Manager, you'll oversee daily store operations, manage inventory, and develop strategies to exceed customer expectations. Key responsibilities include:

Main Objectives:
  • Implement and maintain a customer-centric approach throughout the store.
  1. Develop and execute plans to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  2. Lead the team in delivering outstanding customer service, adhering to G.U.E.S.T. principles.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain store appearance.
  4. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  5. Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Establish yourself as a respected TPS Brand Ambassador.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
  • Coach and develop team members to excel in their roles.
  • Maintain high standards for customer service, quality, and presentation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive business success.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.

Estimated Annual Salary:$65,000 - $90,000 (dependent on experience)

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in customer-facing roles or similar industries.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
