About the Role:
We seek a skilled Field Technician to join our team and deliver top-notch TV and Smart Home solutions to customers nationwide. As a representative of DISH, you will build strong relationships with homeowners, educating them on the endless possibilities of smart home technology.
Responsibilities:
- Install and configure DISH TV systems and smart home devices
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless experience for each homeowner
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve technical issues and improve overall performance
- Maintain accurate records of installations and customer interactions
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work at heights
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel and work in varying climates
Compensation and Benefits:
