About the Job

This 12-week paid internship is designed to provide students with real-world experience in a professional setting. You will work closely with our experienced team members to gain a deeper understanding of the roles within our department and develop essential skills in data analysis, project management, and customer service. Throughout your internship, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks, including data cleanup, assisting the title specialist group, and other projects as needed.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

As a Retail Processing Intern, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Adhering to the Credit Union's core values and mission
• Demonstrating exceptional member service focus and teamwork skills
• Ensuring confidentiality of member information
• Providing administrative and clerical support for departmental and organizational projects
• Interacting with internal and external parties, including employees, department leaders, members, and vendors

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

• Be a current student in good academic standing
• Possess enthusiasm about knowledge acquisition and learning
• Have good oral communication skills and ability to produce written communication
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions
• Good telephone manners and techniques
• Ability to use and understand written material
• Ability to work with minimal direction and exercise sound judgment
• Ability to perform basic math calculations
• Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills
• Proficiency with related computer applications, spreadsheets, word processing, and database applications

Salary Information

This internship offers a competitive salary of $15.00 per hour, providing a total estimated annual salary of approximately $31,200 based on a standard full-time schedule. Please note that this figure is an estimate and may vary depending on individual circumstances.
