Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Five Star Call Centers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to provide top-notch customer service
  • Follow established communication scripts to handle customer inquiries and concerns
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions and alternatives to meet their expectations
  • Access company and client resources to accurately handle customer interactions
  • Upsell products and services when opportunities arise
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve customer satisfaction and business goals
Requirements:
  • Previous 3-6 months of customer service or customer support experience
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software and systems
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills, with active listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
