Position Overview:
Continental Real Estate Services is seeking a dedicated individual to manage the rental application process efficiently and effectively. This role involves ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and providing exceptional service to prospective tenants.

Our organization strictly follows federal, state, and local Fair Housing laws. Application Process:
All applicants aged 18 and older must complete and sign their own application. A nonrefundable application fee of $40.00 is required for processing. Applications will not be considered complete without this payment.
Credit Evaluation:
We conduct credit checks for all applicants, with a $20.00 nonrefundable fee for each report. If a guarantor or co-signer is involved, we reserve the right to obtain their credit reports as well.
Income Verification:
Proof of income is mandatory for all applicants and their guarantors. Self-employed individuals must provide their latest tax return and three months of bank statements. Documentation is required for any income sources such as Social Security, child support, or alimony.
Pet Policy:
Specific dog breeds are restricted from our properties. Rent increases of $50.00 for the first pet and an additional $25.00 for each subsequent pet will apply. Pet privileges are subject to review and can be revoked if necessary.
Approval Requirements:
Successful applicants must ensure all fees are paid, provide valid identification, and submit a signed rental agreement. All necessary documentation must be completed to facilitate a smooth move-in process.
