Your Role:

As an Autism Support Specialist, you will:

  • Deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in various settings, with paid training provided
  • Assist clients in developing communication, social, and self-help skills in both individual and small group environments
  • Monitor and document the progress of the children you support through data collection
  • Provide regular updates on treatment goals to families and team members
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures, including confidentiality and mandated reporting standards
  • Maintain safety and hygiene practices while interacting with clients
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues
  • Participate in meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills

Availability:

Evening shifts available Monday to Friday from 3 PM to 7 PM, with flexible scheduling options for three or more days/evenings during the week.


Compensation:

Competitive pay of up to $21.50 per hour, based on experience.
