Skilled Factory Production Specialist

Hydro Gear Partnership is seeking skilled factory production workers to join our team. As a skilled factory production worker, you will be responsible for assembling products, operating and maintaining machines, and ensuring quality control.
Responsibilities:- Assemble products according to specifications and work orders, ensuring all components are accurately aligned and secured.
- Operate and maintain various machines following safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Inspect finished products and components for defects, ensuring they meet quality standards before packaging and shipping.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery, including cleaning, lubricating, and troubleshooting minor issues to ensure smooth operation.
- Accurately record production data, including quantities produced, machine performance, and any issues encountered.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and address any production challenges.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
- Proven experience as an assembly and machine operator or similar role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate various types of machinery.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
