Job Title: Skilled Factory Production Worker

Hydro Gear Partnership is seeking a skilled factory production worker to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling products according to specifications and work orders, ensuring all components are accurately aligned and secured.

Responsibilities:
  • Assemble products according to specifications and work orders, ensuring all components are accurately aligned and secured.
  • Operate and maintain various machines following safety protocols and operational procedures.
  • Inspect finished products and components for defects, ensuring they meet quality standards before packaging and shipping.
  • Perform routine maintenance on machinery, including cleaning, lubricating, and troubleshooting minor issues to ensure smooth operation.
  • Accurately record production data, including quantities produced, machine performance, and any issues encountered.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and address any production challenges.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an assembly and machine operator or similar role.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate various types of machinery.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
