DARCARS Automotive Group is seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in presenting, consulting, and selling automotive warranty products and repair services to customers in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers in a timely and friendly manner, obtaining pertinent vehicle information, and advising customers on the care and value of maintaining their vehicles.
- Generate and provide customers with accurate estimates of repair orders, establish completion times, and communicate with customers and technicians.
- Answer incoming service calls, maintain and schedule service appointments, and follow prescribed procedures for customer post-follow-up.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty guidelines and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local laws and company policy.
- Manage in a fast-paced work environment with limited supervision, possessing great customer service, phone, and computer skills.
- Previous automotive Service Advisor experience is highly preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver's license, and pass pre-employment screening.
