Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Relationship Support Specialist to join our team at Wells Fargo. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a complex portfolio of customers and working closely with relationship managers and customer support managers to ensure exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and manage a large portfolio of customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Collaborate with relationship managers and customer support managers to develop and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assist with components of audit and compliance reviews, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Maintain and update policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
