Job Title: Guidewire Policy Center Business Analyst

Capgemini is seeking a highly skilled Guidewire Policy Center Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of Guidewire Policy Center projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the INS domain, including mapping of heterogeneous application contracts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, and the development team to understand requirements and specifications for new applications.
  • Facilitate requirement connection sessions to discuss and elucidate needs.
  • Coordinate and facilitate UAT testing.
  • Organize and facilitate pre-con sessions to elaborate requirements planned for the next subsequent sprint.
  • Prepare feasibility study reports, which describe processes, methods, tools, ROI, procurement management, issues, and risks.
  • Demonstrate newly developed features/functionalities to application SMEs and businesses and obtain their approval.
