Pharmacist - Patient Care Specialist

CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Pharmacist to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy operations, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and promoting a culture of safety and quality.
Responsibilities- Lead and direct Pharmacy Technician Support Staff to ensure seamless pharmacy operations
- Develop and implement patient care programs to improve health outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve performance
- Provide expert clinical guidance and support to patients and colleagues
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and ensure compliance
- Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to drive business growth and improve performance
- Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization
- Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
- Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
