Job Title: Clinical Care Assistant

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Care Assistant to join our team at Lifespan Corporation. As a Clinical Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and families.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Registered Nurses to prioritize tasks and provide high-quality care.
- Perform personal care skills and basic nursing assistant duties as outlined by the Rhode Island Department of Health Professional Licensing and Facility Regulation.
- Maintain a safe environment by reporting hazards and ensuring proper equipment functioning.
- Recognize and report signs and symptoms to the Registered Nurse.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Requirements:
- Current Rhode Island license as a Nursing Assistant.
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to perform basic computer skills.
- Certified in American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
