We are seeking a Medical Care Assistant to join our team at Charter Care Health Partners. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will assist the Registered Nurse in providing patient-centered care that is safe, efficient, timely, and effective.

Job Summary

This role involves performing patient care under the direct supervision of an RN. You will be assigned tasks that are reasonably predictable, do not require assessment, interpretation, or independent decision-making during their performance, or do not pose any risk to the patient.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the RN in providing patient-centered care
  • Perform patient care under direct RN supervision
  • Complete assigned tasks that meet established criteria
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience as a CNA
  • A current RI CNA certification
Working Conditions

You will work in a well-lighted and well-ventilated area. To maintain a safe working environment, you must meet annual safety training requirements and adhere to universal precautions at all times.

Estimated Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per year
