Job Description

At Charter Care Health Partners, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

The successful candidate will assist Registered Nurses in providing patient-centered care that is safe, efficient, timely, and effective. They will perform patient care tasks under the direct supervision of an RN and be assigned predictable tasks that do not require assessment, interpretation, or independent decision-making.

We require a High School graduate or equivalent and current Rhode Island C.N.A. Certification. One year of experience as a C.N.A. is also necessary. Our ideal candidate is a motivated and detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary Range: The estimated salary range for this position is between $42,000 and $48,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Registered Nurses with patient care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to RNs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient outcomes
