Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based practice
- Collect and analyze data to inform patient assessment and care planning
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient outcomes
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Current LPN license from the State of Ohio
- Ohio Board of Nursing Certification in Intravenous Therapy
- CPR certification (bi-annual recertification required)
- Minimum one year of experience in a pertinent clinical area (or completion of competency-based orientation)
