We are looking for a highly motivated Dehumidification Equipment Technician to join our team at Therma-Stor. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical assistance to our customers, ensuring their complete satisfaction with our dehumidification solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing prompt and effective resolutions to technical issues.
- Analyze complex technical problems and develop creative solutions to resolve them.
- Create detailed case records in our CRM system to document customer interactions and issue resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of customer support processes.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in customer service with technical products (electrical, automotive, HVAC, electronic).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
