About the Job

We are looking for a highly motivated Dehumidification Equipment Technician to join our team at Therma-Stor. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical assistance to our customers, ensuring their complete satisfaction with our dehumidification solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing prompt and effective resolutions to technical issues.
  2. Analyze complex technical problems and develop creative solutions to resolve them.
  3. Create detailed case records in our CRM system to document customer interactions and issue resolutions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of customer support processes.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service with technical products (electrical, automotive, HVAC, electronic).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
