- Culture and Engagement: Inspire a customer-centric culture by recognizing and rewarding team members.
- Performance Management: Develop top performers and evaluate performance, provide coaching and feedback as needed.
- Team Building: Build teams through effective employee development, involvement, and communication.
- 3+ years of successful retail management experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Open to feedback and other viewpoints in the spirit of supporting the business
- Business understanding, innovative thinking, and sound judgment to solve problems
- Ability to make solid recommendations by combining information from various sources
- Quality work by setting effective goals and establishing priorities
