Alterations Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Alterations Customer Service Representative to join our team at Davids Bridal. As a key member of our Alterations department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and service customers with genuine enthusiasm and adapt to their needs
  • Manage customer flow to deliver a five-star experience
  • Meet service vows, including preparing, welcoming, meeting needs, and being there for customers
  • Contribute to store achievement of Five-Star Customer Service
  • Promote alterations services and personalization options
  • Maintain store standards, including cleanliness, organization, and promotional readiness
  • Press, steam, and spot clean merchandise
  • Follow quality control guidelines and inspect garments before delivery
  • Build long-term relationships to meet and exceed customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Support inventory management and cash wrap behaviors
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent degree
  • 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment
  • Prior sewing experience is helpful
  • Prior experience with computerized POS systems
