About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Strategic Plans

Identify and Cultivate New Opportunities

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including partnerships with other healthcare providers, community organizations, and referral sources. This will involve building relationships, negotiating agreements, and ensuring alignment with our practice's goals and objectives.

Marketing and Outreach Strategies

Create and implement effective marketing and outreach strategies to promote our practice and attract new patients. This will involve analyzing market trends, patient needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

Monitor and report on business development performance metrics, making recommendations for strategy adjustments as needed. This will involve analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing insights to inform business decisions.

Collaboration and Alignment

Collaborate with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure alignment between business development efforts and patient care goals. This will involve communicating effectively, building relationships, and ensuring that all stakeholders are working towards a common objective.

Qualifications
  • Business Development Experience

Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, ideally within the healthcare sector. This will involve a strong understanding of the industry, market trends, and patient needs.

Industry Knowledge

Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and medical practice operations. This will involve knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices.

Communication and Relationship-Building Skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. This will involve building strong relationships with stakeholders, including patients, providers, and community organizations.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. This will involve analyzing data, identifying trends, and making recommendations for strategy adjustments.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. This will involve using these tools to analyze data, create reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
