Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize order sheets or audio headsets to accurately pick various items.
  • Stack and wrap items on pallets for loading at the shipping bays.
  • Maintain order accuracy while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as double walkie-riders or electric pallet jacks, to retrieve products from storage.
  • Apply appropriate wrapping techniques to ensure product safety during transport.
  • Report any discrepancies in case quantities or descriptions to the Supervisor.
  • Conduct equipment inspections and complete necessary documentation.
  • Engage in frequent lifting of items of varying weights and sizes.
  • Follow all safety procedures for material handling equipment.
Physical Requirements
  • Engage in physical activities such as standing, bending, and lifting for the majority of the shift.
  • Walk significant distances throughout the day on various surfaces.
  • Lift products weighing over a specified amount regularly.
  • Handle items from floor level to overhead safely.
  • Work at different heights and handle sharp tools responsibly.
