POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in transforming guests into loyal patrons at Primanti Bros. Your friendly demeanor and expertise in our menu will ensure that guests return time and again. This role involves providing beverages, serving tables, and potentially preparing food, all while delivering a holistic experience to our guests.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Deliver warm and welcoming service from the moment guests arrive until their departure.
2. Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the menu, including current promotions and events, to assist guests in their selections.
3. Prepare all beverages according to Primanti Bros. standards.
4. Process food orders and time deliveries according to guest requests.
5. Ensure accuracy of food orders post-delivery.
6. Maintain cleanliness at the bar, including pre-bussing and checking drink levels.
7. Adhere to alcohol awareness protocols to ensure responsible service.
8. Handle payment transactions accurately and in accordance with established procedures.
9. Keep the bar area organized, clean, and well-stocked.
10. Conduct daily inventory checks to ensure accuracy with POS totals.
11. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines throughout your shift.
12. Complete required checklists and cleaning tasks as scheduled.
13. Perform additional duties as requested by management.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
1. Proficient in reading and writing English.
2. Strong communication skills with a friendly, customer-oriented approach.
3. Dependable, enthusiastic, and capable of multitasking.
4. Basic math skills for handling transactions.
5. Completion of RAMP and/or TIPS certification as required by state regulations.
