We are seeking a dedicated Regulatory Compliance Analyst to join our esteemed team within the Avionics and Mission Systems division. This role is pivotal in ensuring adherence to compliance standards and will report directly to the Compliance Leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in complex compliance areas, utilizing independent judgment while receiving guidance on methodologies and evaluation criteria.
- Monitor and interpret changes in U.S. Government regulations, aligning site policies and procedures to maintain compliance.
- Assist in drafting formal reports and delivering presentations on audit-related projects to leadership.
- Implement inspection protocols for purchase orders, ensuring compliance with established processes and policies.
- Support external and governmental audit initiatives, contributing to project-related efforts.
- Drive process improvement initiatives, developing tools and training to enhance business outcomes.
- Develop expertise in Supply Chain policies to assist with customer inquiries and audits.
- Provide insights to leadership regarding the effectiveness of purchasing processes and internal controls.
- Foster strong relationships with Corporate and Business Unit leadership to address audit issues impacting business risks.
- Participate in professional organizations to stay informed on regulatory developments.
- Occasional domestic travel may be required.
Expectations:
The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player, adept at supporting internal stakeholders and guiding others on compliance policies. Excellent communication skills are essential for engaging with various levels of the organization.
Learning Opportunities:
Gain in-depth knowledge of U.S. Government regulations, including FAR and DFARS, as they pertain to purchasing compliance. You will be paired with a mentor to facilitate your understanding of the role and enhance your professional growth.
Qualifications:
- A University Degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with 3 years of experience, or 9 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- Experience in Aerospace Supply Chain, Audit, or related fields is preferred.
- Must be a U.S. Person or eligible for necessary export authorizations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Procurement and/or Compliance with knowledge of FAR/DFARS.
- Proven track record in process improvement and data analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively on cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
