About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Transplant Care Unit at Methodist Hospital Specialty and Transplant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality patient care and experience.

Responsibilities
  • Care for pre and post-transplant patients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Collaborate with the patient care team to achieve quality patient outcomes
  • Deliver safe, effective nursing care to patients, applying critical thinking skills and scientific judgment
  • Provide exceptional communication, confidence, and professionalism in all interactions
  • Serve as a resource to the patient care team, demonstrating adaptability and teamwork

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree registered nursing program
  • Minimum of six (6) months of clinical experience as a licensed Registered Nurse
  • Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License
  • Current American Heart Association BLS Certification

Salary Range:

$84,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience
