We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Abdominal Transplant Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our transplant program, you'll be responsible for coordinating the care of patients undergoing abdominal transplantation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their physical, emotional, and functional needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in data collection and entry to maintain accurate patient records
Required Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program
  • Minimum 1 year RN experience
  • Valid Texas RN License and BLS certification
