Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 to $110,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

Job DescriptionMain Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Provide education to patients and their families about the disease process, treatment options, and post-transplant care.
  • Serve as a resource for education and support for patients, families, staff, and community members.
  • Communicate effectively with transplant teams, including hospital staff and referring physicians.
  • Participate in data collection and entry into patient medical records as required by regulatory agencies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Mandatory: Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
  • Prefer: BSN degree.
  • Mandatory: Minimum 1 year RN experience.
  • Mandatory: Valid Texas RN License and BLS certification.
