Position Overview:
Genesis10 is in search of a Riskonnect Administrator for our client within the Utilities sector. This role offers a Hybrid work arrangement, requiring 2 to 3 days in the office.

W2 Status:
Only candidates who are prepared to work directly as employees of Genesis10 will be considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Stay informed about ongoing maintenance of the Riskonnect application and Salesforce Cloud system, ensuring effective communication of impacts to relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor system performance and availability utilizing vendor-provided dashboards and tools.
• Report any system non-availability, whether observed or reported by stakeholders, to the vendor as necessary.
• Manage application configurations and implement updates as required.
• Adjust picklist values upon stakeholder requests in accordance with governance policies.
• Maintain system hierarchy and create tailored Riskonnect lists to meet specific end-user requirements.
• Track enhancement requests from users and liaise with the vendor (Riskonnect) for implementation.
• Investigate and resolve common level-1 issues reported by end users or identified through monitoring, escalating to vendor or internal support as needed.
• Coordinate with internal Technology support teams to troubleshoot integration, authentication, and Single-Sign-On issues.
• Oversee user access requests and license management in Riskonnect through PAM requests.
• Regularly monitor system logs for suspicious activities and respond promptly to security incidents.
• Collaborate with the vendor and Security team to address vulnerabilities and ensure remediation.
• Conduct regular backups of system data and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Ensure documentation is current and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
• Generate system data extracts and reports for stakeholders to meet reporting needs.
• Support end users in automatic claim creation processes and maintain relevant documentation.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on Riskonnect reporting and dashboard functionalities for stakeholder communication.
• Create new fields or columns as necessary based on business requirements and seek vendor assistance when needed.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and procedures.
• Manage communications with functional partners and the vendor (Riskonnect).
• Provide guidance to developers regarding technical requirements for portal enhancements and updates.
