We are seeking an experienced A&E Project Lead to join our team and lead a subset of our clients, managing a team of engineers and architecture professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of engineers and/or architectural design professionals, including dictating salaries, conducting performance reviews, assigning projects, and providing constructive feedback.
  • Client Management: Manage a subset of Trileaf's clientele, acting as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, accepting and delegating projects, proactively managing anticipated completion dates, ensuring completion by project due dates, and submitting a weekly project tracker.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure Trileaf-quality QA/QC prior to submission to clients.
Requirements
  • Education: 4-year college degree in architecture, engineering, drafting, or related fields.
  • Experience: Directly related experience in interpretation of building codes and production of construction documents for retail, restaurant, and other mercantile, assembly, business, or similar use groups.
  • Management Experience: Experience managing employees is preferred.
