Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Custom Homes Project Manager to lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of quality custom homes from development through punch-out, ensuring timely completion.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide managerial oversight of home construction projects, maintaining adherence to high-quality standards and client specifications. This includes reviewing and analyzing subcontractor and owner-directed change orders to ensure project alignment with budget and timeline.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate, manage, and supervise all aspects of construction, including personnel, materials, budgets, and schedules.
  • Monitor progress across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Oversee subcontractor scheduling, delivery, and performance to ensure timely project completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Complete homes and address customer walk-through items prior to closing, ensuring a seamless handover.
Requirements
  • Five (5) + years' experience as a Residential Custom Homes Superintendent.
  • Experienced in scheduling, ordering, field supervision, quality control, safety, and production in all construction phases.
  • Working knowledge of Buildertrend software preferred.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Sheets, Docs, & Drive.
  • Familiarity with local subcontractors and building codes.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
What We Offer

A competitive salary of $105,000 - $135,000, depending on experience, plus a bonus structure that rewards performance.
