Main Responsibilities:
- Lead projects through all internal and external processes, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
- Manage the project lifecycle from pre-construction to commissioning, maintaining control over scope, schedule, and cost.
- Develop, update, and manage project plans associated with the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Coordinating communication and providing status updates to stakeholders as required, fostering effective collaboration and trust.
- Assess and mitigate project risks, proactively developing strategies to ensure project success.
- Work collaboratively with the project controls team to manage project schedules and costs, ensuring they are tracked and met according to plan.
- Evaluate and respond to project requests for information and action items, maintaining open lines of communication.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are highly valued.
- A minimum of 8 years' experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years focused on data center projects.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, with proficiency in analyzing problems and implementing solutions that align with project objectives.
- Excellent leadership, verbal/written communication, time management, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to problem-solve, set priorities, and meet goals, with high levels of expertise, commitment, self-confidence, and integrity.
