Business Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team at AMMEGA. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through effective sales and marketing strategies. As a key member of our business development team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted plans to capture them.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop targeted plans
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
Requirements and Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in a B2B setting
* Proven track record of success in driving business growth and revenue
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Compensation and Benefits
* Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on location and experience
