About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Applications Specialist to join our team at NorthShore University HealthSystem. This role will be responsible for leading and participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle, identifying business needs, designing, building, implementing, documenting, and training business solutions based on current and future technologies.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people, and experience implementing or supporting enterprise applications. A Bachelor's Degree with three years of previous experience in IT or a relevant business area is required, or minimum of seven years of relevant IT experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and participate in project plan development and execution
  • Provide team and management updates on project status and make suggestions to ensure projects are on time
  • Document incidents, requests, projects, knowledge, and change control IT and organizational procedures
  • Advises management of potential problems, status of current systems, and suggestions for improvements

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree with three years of previous experience in IT or a relevant business area, or minimum of seven years of relevant IT experience
  • Experience implementing or supporting enterprise applications
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
