Job Title: Bartender

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Woodward Tahoe, located in the beautiful Sierra Nevada mountain range. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for mixing and serving a variety of drinks to our guests, while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the storage of supplies and equipment.
  • Handle transactions and process payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of bartending experience and/or training, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members.
  • TIPS certified, with a strong understanding of responsible serving practices.
  • Able to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
