As a member of the Retail Services team you are responsible for helping guests

with ski, snowboard, skateboard, scooter, BMX, and Mountain bike retail products and information based on the guests needs. A comprehensive understanding of our retail products is a must, as are excellent guest service skills. Strong cash handling skills and basic computer knowledge are required. Knowledge of the mountain terrain and resort services is also necessary. Members of Retail Services will effectively promote and execute the delivery of exceptional guest service that will exceed our guest's expectations, enhance their winter sports experience, in a fun, informative and efficient atmosphere to provide a sound financial return to the company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Guest Service and Sales
  • Greet guests kindly and start a dialogue. (Use yours and guest's name)
  • Offer excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarize yourself with knowledge of goods and services of the mountain to better direct and assist guests with choices; actively pursue opportunities for sales.
  • Listen to and take care of guests under time constraints; determine needs of the guest and provide service
  • Apply the proper policies for any problems that may occur and use the proper chain of command with any questions or issues. See a Supervisor if you do not know what to do or have a disgruntled guest.
  • Always remember to have fun Interact and include the guest in the process to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction
  • Understand all procedures for POS sales
