**Job Summary**
The Assistant Nurse Manager at AdventHealth Ocala is responsible for supervising and coordinating patient care delivery on the assigned nursing units. This role is accountable for meeting standards and ensuring the delivery of optimal available quality patient care and organizational effectiveness.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate patient care delivery on assigned nursing units
- Ensure charting within the EMR is complete, accurate, and specific to the patient's diagnosis, plan of care, and core measures
- Coordinate staff educational needs and implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards
- Communicate with courtesy when interacting with internal or external customers
**Requirements**
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Minimum of one-year hospital acute care RN nursing experience and one-year prior leadership experience
- Current valid Florida State Board of Nursing Registered Professional Nurse license
