Your role at Sephora: As a Cosmetic Consultant, you will assist clients in exploring the transformative power of beauty. This position focuses on crafting tailored experiences for each client. Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Tailored Beauty Consultations: Comprehend clients' beauty aspirations and suggest products that enhance their appearance and confidence.
  • Exhibit Product Application: Demonstrate your proficiency in makeup techniques and skincare practices.
  • Stay Updated with Beauty Innovations: Be informed about the latest beauty trends and new offerings at Sephora.
  • Provide Outstanding Client Service: Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all clients.
  • Engage in Sales and Promotional Activities: Participate in exciting sales events and promotions.
  • BOPIS and Client Engagement: Ensure excellent service when clients come to collect their orders.
  • Maintain Store Presentation: Assist in keeping the store clean, well-stocked, and efficiently operating.
Qualifications/Experience:
  • Previous relevant work experience, ideally in retail.
  • Enthusiasm for client service and beauty.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Adaptability and the capacity to respond to situations promptly.
  • Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
  • Consistent and dependable attendance.
  • Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

$24.21/hr. The actual hourly pay offered is influenced by various factors, including qualifications for the position and relevant experience.
Sephora now offers a Flex (on-demand) position for employees who can work anywhere from 0-19 hours a week. This flexibility allows you to balance your work schedule with other commitments. This could be a steppingstone into a more permanent position if you are looking for more in the future.
