Established as a leader in aesthetic and regenerative medicine, we are looking for a skilled PA, NP, or RN to join our team. While prior experience in regenerative or aesthetic medicine, family practice, or hormone therapy is advantageous, we offer an exceptional training program for the right candidate. Many of our team members have advanced from PA and NP roles to become proficient aesthetic providers and expert regenerative medicine practitioners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer a variety of medical aesthetic and regenerative treatments in a dynamic, team-oriented setting, including but not limited to: dermal fillers, Sculptra, Botox, PRF and PRP, microneedling, lasers, threads, and hormone therapy.
- Prioritize patient safety and comfort while ensuring a seamless patient care experience.
- Craft personalized treatment plans following comprehensive consultations and effectively convert them into paying clients.
- Provide transparent pricing for treatments.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with patients in the community.
- Maintain accurate records and clinical documentation for each client.
Qualifications:
- Experience in aesthetics, family practice, dermatology, or plastic surgery is preferred.
- Formal training in laser treatments, radio-frequency devices, and injections is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Experience in hormone replacement therapy, joint injections, obstetrics/gynecology, or platelet-rich fibrin/plasma is a plus.
- A positive, dedicated attitude is essential.
- Must be a self-motivated individual who enjoys both independence and teamwork, with unwavering support for all colleagues.
- As the industry evolves, a willingness to adapt and grow is crucial.
- Staying informed about the latest product lines and services is expected.
