KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.) Patient Engagement

a. Conduct consultations with clients to understand their aesthetic aspirations and medical requirements.

b. Assess their suitability for surgical interventions and discuss potential risks, advantages, and alternatives.

2.) Personalized Treatment Strategy

a. Formulate tailored treatment strategies based on individual goals, medical background, and anatomical factors.

b. Explore various surgical methods, including minimally invasive options, to achieve the best possible outcomes.

3.) Surgical Execution

a. Carry out surgical operations in accordance with established medical guidelines and standards. This may encompass breast enhancement, nose reshaping, fat removal, facelifts, abdominal surgeries, reconstructive procedures, and other cosmetic or reconstructive treatments.

4.) Preoperative Coordination

a. Organize pre-surgical assessments, tests, and necessary medical clearances.

b. Provide patients with preoperative instructions, including medication management, dietary guidelines, and lifestyle adjustments.

5.) Intraoperative Management

a. Execute surgical procedures in a secure and sterile setting, employing advanced surgical techniques and technologies.

b. Monitor patient vital signs and address any intraoperative complications or emergencies.

6.) Postoperative Management

a. Oversee postoperative care and follow-up consultations to track patient recovery and results.

b. Offer guidance on wound care, pain relief, and activity limitations.

c. Address any concerns or complications that may arise during the recovery phase.

7.) Ongoing Professional Development

a. Stay updated on advancements in plastic surgery techniques, technologies, and research.

b. Engage in continuing medical education activities to maintain licensure and enhance professional expertise.

8.) Team Collaboration

a. Work alongside staff to foster a collaborative environment that promotes optimal outcomes for clients.

b. Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a supportive and professional workplace.

Ethical and Legal Standards: Uphold ethical principles and legal regulations governing medical and surgical practices. Ensure patient confidentiality and respect patient autonomy throughout the treatment journey.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Medical degree from an accredited institution and completion of relevant training programs.
  • Board certification in plastic surgery or general surgery with a focus on cosmetic procedures.

Additional requirements include:

  • Valid medical license to practice as a plastic or cosmetic surgeon.
  • Demonstrated experience in performing aesthetic procedures.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.
