Overview: The Education Sales Specialist plays a pivotal role in enhancing sales performance and delivering brand training to retail partners within the New Jersey area. This position is part-time and contractual in nature.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Regional Account Executive to formulate strategies aimed at boosting sales, executing in-store promotions, and conducting brand training sessions.
- Facilitate in-store training sessions focused on brand and product knowledge for retail partners.
- Assist in organizing in-store events, retailer-led initiatives, and promotional activities.
- Generate weekly reports detailing sales performance and event outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the retail beauty or cosmetics sector.
- Availability to work at least 20-25 hours in-store each week.
- Possession of reliable transportation is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.
