Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Director to lead our Contact Center team at Toll Roads News. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our contact center, ensuring seamless customer interactions, and driving business growth through exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent customer experience and high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer issues, and implement process improvements.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback, and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth.
  • Manage and develop a team of customer service professionals, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
  • Develop and implement customer service metrics and reporting to measure team performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service management, with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex customer issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles, practices, and industry trends.
