Business Growth Specialist

Venture Solar is seeking a business development associate to join our team. As a key member of our appointment setting team, you will be responsible for meeting with homeowners to discuss and close solar energy deals.
This is not a lead generation role where you will be asked to cold call or knock on doors. Instead, you will work closely with our teams to schedule qualified appointments and close deals with the best combination of products and services in the industry.
We prioritize providing our customers with an educational experience, ensuring they understand the benefits and value of solar energy. To excel in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in sales, preferably with outside sales experience
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
We offer a competitive base salary plus commission, ranging from $100,000 to $250,000 per year (OTE), along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401k match program, and paid time off.
