Job Opportunity

StretchLab Santa Fe is seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new membership sales and retaining current members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the General Manager with lead generation, follow-up, and close sales
  • Book and confirm intro classes for new members
  • Manage the front desk, greeting and checking in clients and prospects
  • Conduct tours of the facility, establishing relationships and targeting individual needs and wants
  • Maintain a high level of personal sales production through phone calls, emails, and texts
  • Emphasize and enforce the objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
  • Present available services to current or prospective members
  • Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads and missed intro classes
  • Participate in special events to promote the club
  • Ensure the studio is clean and tidy

Requirements:

  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
  • Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships for one-on-one and group assisted stretch and retail
  • Ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system
  • Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
  • Fluency in English and excellent communication skills via in-person, phone, and email/text
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Daily and/or occasional travel may be required
