As an Operations Supervisor within PNC's AMG Data Control division, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations.

This role also allows for the possibility of remote work. Tasks may be conducted from a quiet, confidential area in a home setting, subject to approval.

The Operations Supervisor is tasked with managing the daily activities of the team, ensuring efficient task management, and overseeing the utilization of Asset Master. They will work alongside various auditors to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for process automation, workflow optimization, and risk mitigation for PNC Bank.

Job Responsibilities
  • Implements operational plans and conveys strategies to the operations team. Responsible for one or more functions across multiple sites. Manages team leaders and/or individual contributors.
  • Accountable for achieving targeted business outcomes. Acts as a senior escalation point and resolves exceptions. May process and/or reconcile transactions of varying risk and financial value in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Oversees all human resources-related activities for direct and indirect reports and fosters employee engagement. Provides coaching and development opportunities for team members. Leads team meetings, communicates strategy, and translates it into actionable operational plans.
  • Offers consultation and guidance to service partners and clients. Identifies and influences strategic improvement initiatives and represents the operations group on projects. Develops and/or approves standard operating procedures as necessary. Recommends policy enhancements.
  • Supervises the control framework for assigned units. Reviews reports to identify exceptions, monitor quality, and ensure compliance. Manages and is accountable for risk mitigation and business continuity activities. Verifies the completeness and accuracy of procedures.

Work Experience
Roles at this level typically do not require a university/college degree but do require related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.
