IWS Sales is in search of a Financial Operations Supervisor to lead the activities of our Accounting Department and collaborate closely with our Controller.

We are a dealership specializing in the sale and service of custom towing equipment, luxury motor coaches, custom trailers, toy haulers, performance vehicles, and hot rods.

A typical day for the Financial Operations Supervisor includes:

  • Collaborating with our Executive Team
  • Producing precise financial reports
  • Adhering to applicable accounting standards
  • Executing HR responsibilities while understanding and following HR regulations
  • Engaging in a collaborative team environment
  • Applying innovative thinking to improve our processes
  • Supervising accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Ensuring the invoicing procedure is executed correctly
  • Maintaining a high level of attention to detail
  • Preparing documentation for tax returns and ensuring timely tax payments
  • Streamlining our accounting operations
  • Conducting inventory audits
  • Demonstrating punctuality and meeting deadlines
  • Managing payroll, payroll liabilities, personnel records, insurance, and corporate filings
  • Being a supportive team member
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience while enjoying the work

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Over 5 years of relevant experience, including month-end closing, payroll, quarterly reports, accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliation, and HR tasks
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities, complemented by a positive demeanor
  • Proficiency in accounting software (preferably QuickBooks)
  • Familiarity with Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Dropbox, and Google Drive
