Job Summary

The Assistant Clinic Manager plays a critical role in supporting the clinic manager in driving business growth, ensuring smooth daily operations, and empowering employees to deliver exceptional client experiences.

  • Assist the Clinic Manager in managing all aspects of clinic operations, including sales, customer service, employee management, and administrative responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with the Clinic Manager to meet and exceed monthly revenue goals, monitor clinic performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and training to support staff growth and development.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating clinic leadership by actively engaging with employees and clients, and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee client feedback, reporting to management and sharing with impacted employees to ensure seamless resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and management, maintaining discretion and confidentiality in all matters related to clients, employees, and the company.
  • Take initiative to improve systems, policies, and procedures, driving efficiency and enhancing the client experience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in the medical/spa industry, luxury retail, hospitality, or a similar field.
  • Proven track record of managing, leading, coaching, and developing diverse teams to achieve high performance.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to unexpected situations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Fluent computer and phone skills, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new technologies.

Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, occasional standing, walking, and lifting up to 20 pounds.

Pay Range: $ /hr* (plus bonus potential), with pay determined based on candidate experience, clinic location, and market.
