Senior Clinical Development Director

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Development Director to join our team in Massachusetts.
About the RoleThe Senior Clinical Development Director will be responsible for leading a team of BCBAs and clinical staff, overseeing clinical operations across multiple centers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality behavior analysis services aligned with Kaleidoscope's standards. This role requires a strong understanding of behavioral intervention strategies, ethics, laws, and regulations.
Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Spearhead and execute visionary strategies to elevate clinical operations across multiple centers.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of top-notch behavior analysis services aligned with Kaleidoscope's high standards.
- Team Empowerment: Lead, mentor, and inspire a dynamic team of behavior analysts and clinical staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Innovative Program Development: Collaborate with teams to design and implement cutting-edge, evidence-based interventions for clients.
- Regional Oversight: Travel to various centers across Worcester, Springfield, Chelmsford, and Tewksbury, actively engaging with local teams and ensuring consistent excellence.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics to assess program effectiveness, driving continuous improvement and positive outcomes.
- A Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification as verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
- Leadership experience highly preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs as a BCBA; exceptions may be made.
- Clinical expertise of appropriate behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories and instructional methods, ethics, laws, and regulations of acceptable behavior interventions.
- Proficient in technology, such as Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms.

- A full-time Mon-Friday schedule, with no weekends or late nights.
- A laptop provided for work purposes.
- 8 paid holidays + 16 PTO days (6 sick, 10 vacation).
$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
