Job Description:

This Senior Care Associate position is responsible for providing personalized care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans that cater to each resident's unique needs and preferences.
  • Providing assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while promoting independence and dignity.
  • Collaborating with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Contributing to creating a safe and engaging environment by maintaining a clean and organized workspace, reporting hazards, and adhering to safety protocols.
Requirements:
  • Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and a passion for working with seniors.
  • A positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; certifications and experience preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
