Sales Director for Sales Growth

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales team at the Hampton Inn Boston/Braintree. As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth, expand our customer base, and increase revenue.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Sales Director. You will be responsible for setting sales targets, building relationships with customers, and identifying new business opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify new business opportunities and increase sales.
- Sales Performance Management: Manage the performance of the sales team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they meet their sales targets.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- Proven track record of sales success with a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management or leadership roles.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $55,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and incentives.
