About the Role

This position involves building meaningful relationships with residents and their families, providing assistance with activities of daily living, and attending to individual care needs. You will work closely with the community team to ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and promote Risk Management programs and policies.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist residents with life skills and other life-enriching activities as indicated on their individual profile.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) in collaboration with the care team.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident care and services provided.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude and flexibility to perform various duties in service to residents.
  • High School diploma/GED accepted and may be required per state regulations.
  • In states where applicable, must maintain certifications.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
