Customer Service Supervisor

ChampionX is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team in Tulsa, OK. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a growing company that offers a competitive base salary and benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Resolves complex business and customer concerns.
- Develops and manages the annual operating budget; plans for system and tool improvements.
- Identifies broad customer trends; works with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
- Develops and monitors operations of the customer service including policies and procedures, operating structure, and work flow; ensures the volume of work produced meets company standards and ensures customer satisfaction.
- Drives continuous improvement; identifies and directs the changes and improvements necessary to meet business goals and ensure a high level of customer service.
- Drives and contributes to the department continuous improvement culture.
- Maintains confidentiality of all matters.
Requirements:
- Four year college or university degree in Business or related field.
- Or equivalent education and/or experience.
- Master's degree in Business or related field.
- Six or more years of relevant experience.
- Experience in the oil and gas industry preferred.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present, persuade, and collaborate at the leadership level.
- Strong math and analytical skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
Work Environment:
- Work is accomplished indoors and in air-conditioned or well-ventilated facilities.
- Work is executed in an office or in a cubicle space equipped with a telephone and computer.
